Online Sales

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. The item must be returned to Troody Scrumptious within these 14 days, Items received after these 14 days will not be eligible for a refund and an E gift card may be sent to the email address attached to the order if the return is accepted. The 14 days start from the day the item was delivered to the address stated on your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

This is in accordance to UK Law.

To start a return, you can contact us at troodyscrumptious@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Troody Scrumptious is not liable for damages caused by carelessness by the purchaser. Care Information is provided with every item purchased. All of our products are sealed to protect from water damage and staining however our products are NOT Dishwasher Safe or Microwave Safe, therefore we recommend using a damp cloth only to clean your product with and drying immediately. All products are handmade, therefore there maybe a slight difference in colouring, however we do aim to get the colouring as near as possible to that shown. All products are made by hand and during that process due to the material air bubbles may form. This does not mean your product is damaged or that it will be any less durable. We aim to reduce air bubbles by vibrating the Jesmonite in the mould however air bubbles still form in some pieces and cannot be avoided.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or refunds on sale items, gift cards or market stall places.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Credit Notes

HIGH RETURNS POLICY

Anyone that has a high return rate will be suspended or terminated from shopping with Troody Scrumptious and will no longer be able to shop with Troody Scrumptious.

Troody Scrumptious reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at anytime. This does not affect your statutory rights.
