Have you bought a piece from us and its got broken? We are proud of the durability of Jesmonite and our pieces so we know breakages are rare. But we know accidents happen and it is inevitable that sometimes things get broken or damaged. So we want you to know that its ok too as sad as it might be we can turn that frown upside down and make you a new piece! Whether you choose to get a new piece or re use your previous piece we will help you on that journey. 

You want to use the pieces from the item you already have? That's great you will have stopped an item going to landfill ! Send us an email at troodyscrumptious@gmail.com and inform us of the breakage with a photo. We will the assess the damage and tell you the cost of making something new. Then simply bag up your bits and send them back to us at Troody Scrumptious 17 Chichester Grove, Bedlington, Northumberland, NE22 6JL and fill out our printable form with the details of what you want to do. Depending on the item you are sending back will depend on the cost. 

You want to get an entirely new piece? That is ok too! with this simply contact us via email and inform us of the breakage with a photo and then send the item back to us at Troody Scrumptious 17 Chichester Grove Bedlington Northumberland NE22 6JL. You will be sent an exclusive discount code for 15% off your next order*. We will then use the pieces of your broken item in a new piece for someone else to love and cherish.
